壓濾機專用泵的使用以及維護。壓濾機專用泵使用:
1、開車前應將泵內(nèi)灌滿須保送的液體（如泵是吸上的狀況），關閉出口閘閥，接好電源。
2、接通電源，檢查泵的轉(zhuǎn)向能否正確。
3、機組試運轉(zhuǎn)5-10分鐘，如無異常現(xiàn)象可投入運轉(zhuǎn)。
4、停機時，應先將出口的閘閥關閉，然后再切斷電源。
壓濾機專用泵維護和頤養(yǎng)：
1、定期檢查泵和電機，改換易損零件。
2、長期停機不用時，應清洗泵內(nèi)流道并切斷電源。
3、嚴禁空運轉(zhuǎn)。
Application:
1. Before start-up, fill the pump with the liquid to be guaranteed (if the pump is in suction condition), close the outlet gate valve and connect the power supply.
2. Turn on the power supply and check whether the steering of the pump is correct.
3. Test run the unit for 5-10 minutes, and put it into operation if there is no abnormal phenomenon.
4. Shut down the gate valve at the outlet before cutting off the power supply.
Maintenance and maintenance:
1. Check the pump and motor regularly and replace the vulnerable parts.
2. When the pump is shut down for a long time, clean the flow passage in the pump and cut off the power supply.
3. No idling.
